Shipping Information: 
Orders for in-stock products placed from the Anaum International Electronics Online Catalog that are received by 4:00pm GST Saturday - Thursday (except holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours via best method for established accounts. Most orders ship on the same day. 

Free Ground Shipping in UAE:
Currently, Anaum International Electronics offers Free FedEx / DHL Ground Shipping on orders over AED 1500.00. Free shipping offer is valid for shipments to all major cities with in UAE. 
Simply look for the logo  to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store.

Free Ground Shipment to Gulf Countries
Anaum International Electronics offer Free DHL Ground Shipping on orders over AED 5000.00. Free Shipping offer is valid for shipments to Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Yemen. Expected delivery with in 8-10 days.
Cost of Shipping:
All major carriers, such as DHL or FedEx determine cost of shipping for Next Day or Second Day deliveries based on volumetric weight. Such calculations are not always straightforward, especially in case of heavy or oversized product, and may result in surcharges not accounted for in shipping cost calculated automatically. Therefore, we reserve the right of reviewing each shipping charge. In case of the real cost being at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.

Office Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctioned Countries:
The Company or https://www.anaum.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
How do I return an item?

Disclaimer of Warranties and Return Policy 

Anaum International Electronics offers a 15-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Therefore, returns will be accepted only with RMA number issued to a particular client for a particular product. Products with NIST Certificate of Calibration are not returnable, due to specific calibration service rendered for this product. Special order products are not returnable, as well.

Please e-mail our Customer Support Department at sales@anaum.ae to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to Anaum International Electronics. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return. 

All products returned MUST be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. 

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Anaum International Electronics will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). 

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. 

If you receive damaged material, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Anaum International to file a damage claim. Save the material AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Anaum International Electronics immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged material. If you do not notify Anaum International Electronics of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Support atsales@anaum.ae or your Anaum International Electronics account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged material. 

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Anaum International Electronics within 30 days from the invoice date, at Anaum International Electronics discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. 

Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. 

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Anaum International Electronics within 30 days from the invoice date, at Anaum International Electronics discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. 

Due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items: products may be non-returnable; Customers must contact respective manufacturers directly for service. 

Anaum International Electronics reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
